All prices are in Australian Dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Customers ordering outside of Australia are not subject to GST, and this amount will be deducted from your order at checkout.
International orders may incur duty, taxes or clearance charges at the country of destination, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
Prices online may differ from those in store in order to comply with international online pricing regulations.
Prices are correct at the time of sale. Poepke reserves the right to alter them at any time at our discretion.
Poepke would like our customers to feel confident when purchasing online. If for any reason an item is not as you expected or if you have changed your mind, it can be returned for an exchange or credit note (valid for 3 months), for the total value of the goods, not including shipping. Credit notes can be used online or in store. We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty.
Items will only be accepted for exchange or credit note if:
• The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging and original labels intact.
• A copy of the receipt is included with the return
• The item is returned within 7 working days of receipt of purchase

Please note postage is not refundable and postage for all returns will be at your own cost. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Poepke reserves the right to refuse items that do not comply with the above terms. Poepke strongly advises you return your item via registered mail or by courier. Poepke cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Additional delivery fees will be charged for exchanges.
All items are thoroughly checked before sending, however in the rare event that you should receive a faulty item, please contact us at handpicked@poepke.com. If available, we will arrange for a replacement, and will refund your return shipping costs. If not available, we will arrange a full refund, including your return shipping costs.
Orders will be processed within 2 business days. If an order is placed on a weekend or Australian public holiday, the order will be processed on the next working day.
Poepke makes every effort to ensure our stock levels are accurate but if for any reason an item that you have ordered is not in stock we will contact you within 2 working days and offer you a full refund.
